Shipping Guidelines:
Lail Vineyards works within the requirements of each state’s wine shipping laws. As of this date, we can legally ship to the states listed below.
AL* AZ CA CO CT DC FL GA HI IA ID IN IL KS LA MA MD ME MI MN MO NC ND NE NH NM NJ NV NY OH OR PA TX VA WA WI WY
*Orders for Alabama need to include a form faxed to us indicating the specific Alabama Beverage Control Store where the wine will be shipped.
For all other states, we recommend you ship your wine to a friend in a state listed above .
Delivery Method and Timing:
Shipping proceeds as weather permits. You will receive tracking information via email when the wine begins its journey.
Ground orders will ship when temperatures are below 78 degrees or above 35 degrees anywhere along the route. Based on state availability, shipments will be handled by UPS or FedEx at our discretion.
During extreme weather, orders will be held in order to protect your investment.
2nd day orders will ship the Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday following the date of your purchase.
Overnight orders will ship the Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday following the date of your purchase.
To avoid weekend layovers, we apologize that we cannot ship on Fridays.
A business address is preferred as wine shipments require a signature, at the time of delivery, from someone 21 years or older.

Privacy Policy:
When you visit and browse our site, we do not collect your name, email address or any other personal information unless you provide it to us. When you create an account, we ask for your name, address, phone number, email address, and generate a user name and password. We use this information to fulfill your orders and to enable time-saving features for future purchases. We do not share this information with anyone not directly involved in your purchase.
After you place an order on our site, you will receive an email confirmation and, in most cases, an email with package tracking information. If you make use of our gift message option to send a personal greeting with your gift order we do not use any of the information contained in these greetings except to complete your order as you have requested. We occasionally send email offers and updates to you, but you always have an ‘opt-out’ option when you receive them.
Please let us know if you wish for your name and all information associated with your account to be purged from our database and that of any vendor we use for the purpose of communicating with you or processing your order. We are happy to honor your request.
We do not, under any circumstances, sell your information to anyone. We do not contribute to or participate in shared or cooperative databases, which give other companies access to your personal information. We do not release credit card or financial information for use by other companies.
For both privacy and security purposes, all transactional information communicated between customers and our website is transmitted in an encrypted format, and all credit card information is deleted from our servers immediately after card authorization.
